- Michael Szadurski strengthens team around Philipp Elsen and Thomas Labryga

Düsseldorf, June 26, 2023 - Just 100 meters separate the Rhine and the old building office of the international M&A boutique IOM Advisory, which specializes in medium-sized transactions. Here, 25 M&A experts advise entrepreneurs on sales as well as national and international prospective buyers who want to invest in the German SME sector. In addition to international corporations and private equity investors, the majority of our clients are medium-sized companies.
