Philipp is Partner at IOM Advisory and has extensive experience in M&A transactions for SMEs.
He advises shareholders and management teams of small and medium-sized companies as well as investors on acquisitions and company sales.
At Global M&A Partners he leads the Business Services team and is a member of the Operational Committee.
Thomas is Partner at IOM Advisory and advises management teams and founders on M&A transactions and fundraising processes.
He started his career as a management consultant where he played an instrumental role in one of the largest IPOs in Germany. Afterwards he was Partner in a Venture Capital firm focused on digital technologies in the areas of energy transition, mobility and smart cities.
At Global M&A Partners, Thomas is thus involved in the Technology and Energy sector teams.
Dominik is Director at IOM Advisory advises on national and cross-border M&A transactions.
He started his professional career in restructuring and turnaround management followed by several positions in M&A advisory in Wiesbaden, Frankfurt, and Düsseldorf.
He supports and is involved in the aerospace, healthcare, industrials and leisure sector teams of Global M&A Partners.
As an analyst, Simon is involved in national and international M&A transactions across various sectors. He supports the respective sector teams of Global M&A Partners on both sell- and buy-side mandates.
Simon holds an M.Sc. in International Business from Maastricht University, with specializations in Strategic Corporate Finance as well as Strategy & Innovation.
Prior to joining IOM Advisory, he gained first experiences at a German family office.
As an Associate with IOM Advisory, Sam supports cross-industry transactions and fundraising mandates in various industries.
He also leads the Deal Tracking Working Group tasked with maintaining Global M&A Partners' proprietary valuation database.
Sam holds a M.Sc. in Global Finance from CBS International Business School and is also a trained banker.
David is an Associate with IOM Advisory. He is involved in national and cross-border M&A transactions.
In addition, he supports the Energy, Business Services, Healthcare & Pharma, as well as Packaging teams at Global M&A Partners.
David holds a M.Sc. in Finance & Strategic Management from the Copenhagen Business School and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim.
Laura supports the team at IOM Advisory as Office Manager.
Through an apprenticeship as a merchant for wholesale and foreign trade, as well as previous jobs, she was able to gain experience in the assistant and back-office area.
Laura will receive a B.A. in International Management from the Fachhochschule für Oekonomie und Management (FOM) next year.
Xaver is an active member of the Advisory Board of IOM Advisory.
As Managing Partner of InterFinanz, Xaver has over 35 years of experience in the M&A business. He serves on the Advisory Board of the Commerzbank AG and is an active member of the Ludwig-Erhard-Stiftung, the Industrieclub Düsseldorf, the German Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club Meerbusch.

Klaus Maier has been a Senior Advisor at IOM Advisory since 2020, advising on international fundraising and M&A transactions in the automotive sector.
Mr. Maier joined the Mercedes-Benz AG in 1990. From 1998 he held the position of General Manager Financial Controlling and Planning at the former DaimlerChrysler AG in Singapore. From 2002 to 2006 he was Director Development Sales Organization. From 2007 he was President and CEO of Mercedes-Benz China/Hong Kong. In 2014 he became Head of Sales & Marketing Mercedes-Benz Vans.
