TSG Group has acquired family-owned Kälte Klimatechnik Manfred Wegner GmbH (“Manfred Wegner”) from its shareholders.

Headquartered in Wismar, Manfred Wegner is a leading heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services company in North and East Germany. Through the acquisition, TSG strengthened its position as a leading HVAC services player in Germany.

With sales over 700 million euros, TSG Group is a leading European business services company focused on gas stations and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Backed by French private equity company HLD, the company employs a staff of 4,300.

The Global M&A Partners offices in Düsseldorf and Paris acted as exclusive buy-side advisor to TSG, emphasizing the strong track record in the business services sector.
