Time for an internship duration of 3-6 months

Your profile:
- Advanced bachelor's or master's degree in economics or a business-related field of study
- Ideally, first professional or practical experience in the field of M&A, corporate finance or strategy, e.g. at investment banks, auditing firms, financial investors or management consultancies
- Strong team orientation and communication skills
- Conscientious, committed, independent and result-oriented way of working
- Affinity for digital topics and experienced handling of IT (MS Office, etc.)
- Business fluent in German and English
Your tasks:
- Cooperation in M&A and corporate finance projects
- Analysis of annual financial statements and independent execution of company, market and competition analyses
- Assist in the preparation of transactional documents, such as long/short lists, teasers, information memoranda, management presentations, etc.
- Preparation & validation of business plans as well as application of different evaluation methods
- Support and involvement in marketing activities, such as assisting with mandate acquisition within dedicated Global M&A Partners sector teams
