4 days office, 1 day home office

Your profile:

  • 4-7 years of professional experience in M&A, corporate finance or strategy, e.g. at investment banks, accounting firms, financial investors or management consultancies
  • Several successfully completed M&A and/or corporate finance transactions
  • Initiative, leadership skills, assertiveness, strong work ethic, and a very strong team orientation and communication skills
  • Conscientious, committed, independent and result-oriented way of working
  • Strong problem-solving skills (hands-on attitude) and creativity in approach
  • Affinity for digital topics and experienced handling of IT (MS Office, etc.)
  • Business fluent in German and English

Your tasks:

  • Independent leadership and management of M&A and corporate finance projects
  • Internal/external process control and communication with clients, potential investors and consultants
  • Responsibility for the preparation of transactional documents, such as long/short lists, teasers, information memoranda, management presentations, etc.
  • Review of business plans and cash flow-based financial models
  • Management of project organization tasks (due diligence, data room management, workshops, etc.) and support of project-related contract negotiations
  • Preparation of pitches, sector presentations as well as support for other marketing activities
  • Leadership and further development of the team
