IOM Advisory welcomes Sebastian Zajons as a new Partner to the team.

Sebastian Zajons has extensive experience in transaction advisory and supports companies, entrepreneurs and investors in complex M&A processes. His core areas of expertise include M&A advisory, financial due diligence and business valuation. As a qualified public auditor and tax advisor, he combines deep financial expertise with a strong understanding of entrepreneurial decision-making.

His experience in the mid-market and in transaction-related advisory engagements is an excellent complement to IOM Advisory’s existing service offering. Sebastian has worked on a broad range of complex international buy-side and sell-side transactions. As the M&A Partner responsible for the respective engagements, he advised PIK AG on its sale to SPIE and supported, among others, Bencis in the acquisitions of Omega Group and MontiPower.
