Düsseldorf / Oslo / Bayreuth - IOM Advisory has advised Norwegian investor Hawk Infinity AS on the acquisition of APICON GmbH. The transaction marks Hawk Infinity’s first investment in Germany.
Hawk Infinity is a long-term investor focusing on B2B software companies with sustainable profitability. With an unlimited investment horizon and around 70 majority shareholdings across Scandinavia and Central Europe, Hawk Infinity ranks among Europe’s most active software investors.
As part of the transaction, Hawk Infinity has acquired 100% of APICON GmbH. The Bayreuth-based company specializes in SAP software solutions, particularly in the fields of master data management and data migration. With its extensive project experience and technological expertise, APICON enables clients to design digital business processes more efficiently. Going forward, the company will be led by a new generation of managers from within the organization, ensuring continuity while bringing fresh momentum for the next growth phase. Together with Hawk Infinity, APICON intends to further strengthen its market position and accelerate growth initiatives.
