The family-run business, based in Finnentrop in the Sauerland region, is a medium-sized logistics and waste management service provider, particularly specialising in the construction industry and infrastructure projects. In addition to traditional bulk goods transport, the company offers comprehensive waste management services for both contaminated and uncontaminated materials.
Novastone Capital Advisors, based in Baar, Switzerland, is a global search fund network whichsupports Search Operators in finding succession solutions for medium-sized companies through a search fund programme.
Rouven Behge, an experienced managing director from the logistics sector, is taking over responsibility for the company. The arrangement preserves the company’s unique culture whilst bringing new perspectives and momentum for continued growth. The existing shareholders, Dennis and Erhard Meyer, will remain with the company. The transaction ensures the company’s long-term growth and continued stability.
