PROVIDEO GmbH is an established full-service integrator for high-quality solutions in the fields of professional media technology, digital signage and broadcasting. The company serves international corporations and medium-sized businesses, as well as the public sector, including research and education. PRO VIDEO stands for high technical competence, long-standing customer relationships and tailor-made solutions.
INDUS Holding AG, based in Bergisch Gladbach, is a listed investment company that acquires, develops and holds established medium-sized industrial companies on a long-term basis. With its distinctive entrepreneurial expertise and unlimited investment horizon, INDUS actively supports its portfolio companies in achieving sustainable growth, improving operational performance and strategic positioning.
As part of the transaction, PRO VIDEO will become part of the INDUS portfolio, paving the way for the company's long-term development with the support of a strong group of shareholders. As part of a structured succession plan, the founding shareholders will hand over management of the company to a team of three managers from within the organisation. At the same time, Randolf Klann and Jörg Lütjen will remain with the company. The goal is to continue PRO VIDEO's successful development and to further expand its strong market position in a targeted manner.
